have been trading for almost thirty years and pride ourselves on the specialist sourcing of produce for a large and varied customer base consisting of wholesalers, caterers, food processors as well as secondary wholesalers ensuring all their daily needs are met.

This requires versatility in an ever challenging and fast changing Market but as an independent trading Company we have the expertise to be able to provide the flexibility to source produce from a wide supplier base and to deliver quality produce both locally and from abroad at a consistently competitive price, making us a first point of contact.

Our People

David Parriss

Managing Director –David Parriss continued into higher education leaving University with a degree in History & Politics, his first position was in field sales but he was quickly promoted to Area Sales Manager South Island – New Zealand for Avery Weighing Scales where he remained before leaving to set up Hillfox Produce.

 

Toby Parriss

Senior Sales Executive/Account Manager – Toby Parriss was previously in the sales and hospitality industry. Prior to this Toby Studied his A Levels and then did a Level 3 in Business Studies at college before joining the business in 2020 as a trainee sales executive.

David Bolham-Edwards

Sales Executive – Dave Bollam Edwards joined the sales team in September 2022.
Dave brings a wealth of experience & knowledge, as previously a chef & expert trader in fresh produce.

Jayne Cook

Company Secretary – Jayne Cook has been at the business in this capacity for over twenty years and is your first point of call regarding any account  queries.

Tricia Robinson

Administrative Assistant – Tricia is responsible for much of the administrative duties that take place in the office and joined us nearly two years ago.
